Candidate health, safety and screening procedure

When it comes to health and safety, Caval strives towards best possible practice at all times and view it as a responsibility to be shared between us, our clients and our candidates. Consequently, we’re absolutely committed to working alongside you to minimise health risks or injury to our temporary workers - and their co-workers - whilst on assignment.

We fully endorse the CSCS scheme and check all our candidates have CSCS accreditation prior to placement. If they don’t, we give them the opportunity to become CSCS qualified and we pay the test fee - no strings. In addition, as well as being subject to Caval’s rigorous reference-checking policy, all candidates complete an involved health questionnaire prior to placement and any relevant qualifications, such as CPCS status, JIB, SCATS and PASMA are confirmed and evaluated.
