Bullock ConstructionI have used a number of employment agencies in my role as Project Manager but I feel, I must single out and commend Caval unreservedly. As is the norm with Bullock we are offered 3 agencies to use. I tried all 3 but quickly found the best service was offered by Caval. At the height of a new build housing scheme in Leeds we employed up to 45 freelance tradesmen and general labourers from Caval. The quality of these operatives was excellent and coupled with the close management offered by Caval worked well on our difficult budget. They have supplied all disciplines of personnel; engineers, tradesmen, plant operatives and labourers. Our requirements are demanding: we regularly require people for short term contracts at no notice and we dictate that the pay rates are low, in spite of that Caval’s service has been a cut above the rest, in fact they are now our first choice for all temporary requirements and we can have as many as 30 agency workers at one time. Caval have shown a “can do” attitude at all times, have provided quality workers and, in the rare case of any issues arising, have dealt with them very satisfactorily.
