Overview:
Our client a major rail, civils and infrastructure consultancy is looking to add to its rapidly expanding rail electrical design division. The team delivers designs within traction power, line side power and overhead line electrification within both LUL and Network rail infrastructure.
We are looking to take on two established design engineers on staff terms to join a busy team in London. The successful applicants will be delivering design and project engineering services on various projects.
To apply for this role you must meet the following criteria:

Established electrical engineer with significant experience

Thorough knowledge of rail electrical systems including OLE, DC traction, Points Heating, Signaling Power Supplies and Ancillary plant

Strong client facing experience and capable of mentoring junior engineers

A chartered engineer, or able to show steps taken to achieve Chartered status

Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline, ideally BEng Electrical Engineering.
