A multi award winning Interior Design and Commercial Fit Out contractor from the North West with a remarkable track record of exceeding client's expectations. The company has a history of delivering commercial, education and industrial projects with values up to £2m+.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following;

* 3 Years + Experience in an administrative position within the Construction Industry
* Previous experience completing O & M Manuals
* Excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail

The Role

As the Construction Administrator you will be responsible for offering admin support to the full management team as well as liaising with suppliers and sub contractors.


* Liaising with site teams and senior management team between sites and projects
* Monitoring site labour levels
* Managing diaries and appointments for the management team
* Manage and update systems and office files
* Liaising with suppliers and sub contractors
* Preparation of reports
* Completing O & M Manuals
* Creating and Updating Trackers
