The Project
New modular extension to an existing prison in Devon. You will be supporting the Site Manager on this busy and high-profile scheme.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
* CSCS Card
* SSSTS / SMSTS
It is also essential that you hold the experience below;
* Experience of working on similar projects
The Role
* Job Title: Site Foreman / Assistant Site Manager
* Project: Modular Extension to a Prison
* Duration: 16 Weeks
* Reporting to: Site Manager
Duties
* Health & Safety
* Progress Reporting
* Updating Site Diaries
* Inductions / Toolbox Talks
* Confidently support the Site Manager
* Ordering materials, plant and labour for site
* Occasionally providing cover for the Site Manager when required
* Assisting in the management of onsite labour including subcontractors
* Accompany the Site Manager and NHBC inspectors during site inspections and take immediate actions when required
