The Project
Looking for an experienced Section Manager on a Student Accommodation development in Birmingham consisting of a 500-bed accommodation block and multi storey car park. It will be a state of the art low carbon campus with an overall value of approximately £100m.
You will be looking after a section of the project from structural steel work through to internal finish and handover with a value of approximately £10m.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
* SMSTS
* CSCS Black Card
It is also essential you carry the following experience;
* Successfully managing new build / refurbishment projects from inception to completion
* Experience delivering similar size projects in anAssistant / Section Management position with a Tier 1 contractor

* Reporting in to and working closely with the Senior Management Team
