The Company
A well established construction contractor with a speciality in large, state of the art, distribution centres. They use fully co ordinate project delivery, planning and design flexibility and early project starts. They operate nationally from their base in Birmingham.
The Project
An £190m Distribution Centre based in Leicester. The centres include large scale, state of the art, and steel framed work and will be the fifth of its kind. Please note that you must carry your own engineering equipment. This role is outside of IR35.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
* Own Kit
* CSCS Card
It is also essential that you hold the experience below;
* Experience of working on similar high value projects
The Role

Duties
* Surveying
* Setting Out
* Problem solving
* Quality Assurance
* Adhere to current H&S regulations
* Create as built surveys and log data
* Attend and contribute in project related meetings
* Management of onsite labour including subcontractors
* Provide progress updates to The Senior Management Team
* Provide Technical Advice to Project Team members and Clients
* Reporting in to and working closely with the Senior Management Team
