The Company
An industry leading Principal Contractor who undertakes projects for major blue chip retail clients are recruiting due to a full order book going into 2022. They have an extensive retail fit-out portfolio stretching across the country.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
For this role you must possess the following;
* 5 Years + Experience in monitoring Supply Chains
* Knowledge of using SAGE is essential
* Background in retail construction is desired
* Degree, BTEC or HND / HNC (or Equivalent)
The Role
As the Supply Chain Analyst, you will need to onboard new suppliers and subcontractors and monitor performance reviews
Duties
* Assist the Buyers team with general queries
* Maintenance integrated supply chain database
* PQQ process for new suppliers and subcontractors
* Perform credit and insurance checks for supply chain partners
* Processing good received notes as required
* Processing invoice queries as required
* Suppliers spend report
* Setting up new suppliers in SAGE
* Setting up new subcontractors in SAGE
* Carry out cost analysis as required
* Provide general support to commercial team if required
* Track and capture purchase order variations
