The Project
Looking for an experienced Site Manager for weekend work on a Student Accommodation development in Birmingham consisting of a 500 bed accommodation block and multi storey car park. It will be a state of the art low carbon campus with an overall value of approximately £100m.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
* SMSTS
* CSCS Black Card
* Experience on similar size projects with Tier 1 contractors

Duties
* Health & Safety
* Progress Reporting
* Updating Site Diaries
* Inductions / Toolbox Talks
* Quality Inspections / Snagging
* Ordering / Receiving of materials
* Attending and Participating in Project meetings
* Management of onsite labour including subcontractors
* Reporting in to and working closely with the Senior Management Team
