The Project

As an experienced Freelance Administrator, you will be based in the Leeds Office and will be supporting experienced Business Development Managers with general administrative duties including answering the phone and emails, keeping the internal system organised and up to date and raising orders. This is a busy office with lots of support available from the wider team.


For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Raising quotes
* Ordering supplies
* Filing, typing, scanning
* Updating the internal system
* Sorting incoming / outgoing post
* Faxing / Photocopying / Emailing
* Answer incoming calls and handle general correspondence
