Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following;

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

The Role

As a site based Personal Assistant / Office Manager, you will use Microsoft Office in order to produce, issue and collate project related documents and data reports on of one of the UK's largest private residential schemes, with an overall value in excess of £500m+. Representing the wider business, this is a high pressure role where you will play an integral part within the team based in Central London by providing assistance to the one of the company Directors.


* Ordering supplies
* Diary management
* Managing expenses
* Filing, typing, scanning
* Sorting incoming / outgoing post
* Faxing / Photocopying / Emailing
* Meeting and greeting all site visitors
* Attending meetings and taking minutes
* Set up meeting rooms for project meetings
* Record plant and materials received to site
* Update site notice boards / Health & Safety Signage
* Providing assistance with site timesheets when required
* Answer and screening incoming calls and handle general correspondence
* Collating and preparing documentation for new starters; both on a temporary and permanent basis and liaising with recruitment agencies when required
