Overview:
Our client is a major rail contractor delivering a wide range of services for network rail and other rail bodies around the country.
They are looking to recruit an experienced programme manager level candidate to take control of their metro systems business unit.
The successful candidate will have significant experience managing projects and teams operating in the tram and metro engineering industry.
To apply for the role you must meet the following criteria:
* Leadership experience in a similar position
* Metro and light rail engineering specialist
* Strong commercial acumen
* Excellent people management and client facing skills
* Educated to degree level and ideally a chartered engineer
This position is a salaried role based in South Yorkshire but offering flexible working options. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
